The award was presented by the National Association of Landscape Professionals. The Cypress Waters project is a 1,000-acre sustainable, mixed-use, master-planned community with commercial, office, retail and multifamily residences. Superscapes initially did the landscaping and irrigation installation on this sprawling development which sits in Irving, Coppell, and Dallas. Now, their maintenance division magnifies the beauty of the property.
Office front entries are maintained with a high level of detail by crews to keep the clean, modern look that was originally designed. Bi-weekly blowing of these areas are performed to ensure clean concrete areas and DG and mulch in kept in the beds.
