Jack Livers Joins Crux Capital as Vice President

Crux Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm, announced the expansion of its team today with the addition of Jack Livers as Vice President.

Jack has spent his entire career working in lower middle market private equity and executing M&A. During that time, he partnered with management teams to grow companies through strategic acquisitions and organic expansion initiatives. Jack completed numerous acquisitions, primarily in the consumer and business services industries.

Prior to this role, Jack worked at Gauge Capital, a DFW-based, growth oriented private equity firm managing more than $3.0 billion in assets under management. At Gauge, he was responsible for identifying investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio company monitoring. Jack also partnered with portfolio company management to execute strategic and operational initiatives. Prior to joining Gauge, Jack was an Associate in investment banking for Stephens, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the Media sector. He began his career at KPMG, where he focused on third-party valuation analysis for business combinations and intangible asset valuations.
